Our shop is designed to be as simple as possible to use but just in case you have a query we've listed below some of the more common, and also some of the unusual questions we occasionally receive.

If I order by credit card how do I know my details will not be stolen by someone else?
The shop encrypts your credit card details so that they cannot be read on the computer that holds our web site, from your computer when sending the details to our shop, and then from the shop to our computer at Thetford.
In fact your credit card details may be at greater risk in a restaurant, where the card is out of your sight for a few moments, than within our shop security system.
I don't wish to pay by credit card - is there another way?
   Yes of course. Simply complete your order within Checkout but select "Send credit card details separately" rather than "Pay by credit card". Post the completed order with your credit details or cheque to our offices in Brandon.
How much does it cost to get my purchase to me?
  We offer both Postal Delivery for up to three bottles and a Courier Service. Prices in the Delivery Charges page, from a link at the bottom of this page and also in the shop. Because shipping wine to an overseas destination can be quite expensive we prefer to e-mail you the exact cost by return. Simply fill in the order as though the destination was in the UK and we will pick up your real address from the questions we ask in the Checkout and e-mail you the cost.
How are your wines listed in the shop?
   In the order in which we have found most enthusiasts, but we admit not all, browse through wine lists. The shop index main page is in this order, but you may also open an alphabetical listing of the sections in the catalogue.
Can I search your shop for a particular wine?
  Yes, but searches can be confusing when results are presented. Try to be as precise as possible in your search. Red wines from Australia would list all red wines and all wines from Australia. Grant Burge Australia would list all those from Grant Burge and all those from Australia, Grant Burge 1999 would list all Grant Burge and all 1999 vintages. You see the problem. As an enthusiast you may find it much simpler to go direct to the section you need and just page down, no page is other long other than the Full Lists.
What credit cards can I use to pay for my purchase?
  We accept Switch, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Why don't you have a Which logo?
   Because our site is so new! We have applied to be recognised by the Consumers Association but they are very busy. If you are at all concerned then please see our Terms & Conditions both in this site and in the shop.
