When placing orders in our
on-line shop you may do so with confidence.
On-line credit card payments are secure to 128 byte
encryption level.
All orders are placed on-line, but you may pay either
on-line or off-line - please read on. |
The
order pages that request your name, address and
credit cards details are shown in plain text to
you but are encrypted by the shop program so that
both on the computer that holds the web site, and
in electronic format as an e-mail from you to itself,
and from it to the computer in our shop the order,
and most importantly your credit card details, cannot
be seen.
In addition to make sure that it is indeed you that
places the order we may request on the form the
verification numbers that appear on the signature
strip on the back of your credit card. |

none of this security will stop the fraudulent use
of your credit card if it has been stolen from you,
but you may have some protection in this instance
from your credit card company. |

Should you prefer not to send your credit card
details over the Internet you may make that
choice in the checkout.
The shop will send you a confirming e-mail of
the wines that you have ordered. We will prepare
your order for dispatch. Please print out the
receipt page displayed on your screen.
You may either
- Complete the credit
card details and post.
- Complete the credit
card details and fax to +44 (0) 1842 766407.
- Send with the printed
page a cheque for the amount of the order
made out to "T&W; Wines" to T&W; Wines,
51 King Street, Thetford, IP24 2AU
- Phone us on +44(0)
1842 765646 and place your order with
a credit or Switch card.
Please don't forget to sign the form if posting!
Should we not have received by post, or indeed
by fax or phone, your off-line payment details
within 7 days of the shop sending us your order
we will e-mail the address that you gave to
remind you that your wines are ready to dispatch.

Please note that your
order is sent by secure server and a security
'cookie' may be placed on your computer following
your acceptance when placing the order. This
small file contains information only and cannot
affect your computer or applications upon your
computer.
It may
be referred to by the web site when you next
visit the T&W Wines web site.

There
will be an immediate on-screen acknowledgement of your order that
you may save or print out as you wish, and an e-mail duplicate.
However please remember that sending an electronic
order over the Internet is a reasonably sure means
of communication but that the message is sent via
telephone lines and computers, all subject to the
faults and interruptions of technology. |

If you
have not heard from the us within 7 working
days then please e-mail
to:[email protected] using your usual program
or from the enquiry form on the site enquiring
as to the order status. Please be sure to give
your e-mail address, the order date, the reference
from the order form (if given) and the items
ordered if possible. If you prefer then simply
find the e-mail response that our shop sent
to you at the time you placed your order and
send it back to us with an explanatory note
in your e-mail.
Please
do not re-send the order - you may receive
a duplicate delivery.
