Delivery
outside the United Kingdom will
be subject to individual quotations.
Overseas customers will be notified
of the shipping costs before an
order is accepted. Should the
shipping costs be deemed too high
the overseas customer is free
to cancel the order without penalty. |
Should
we be unable to despatch within
10 working days of receipt of
your order we will e-mail your
given address to inform you of
a proposed despatch date. Should
this revised delivery date be
unacceptable the order may be
cancelled without penalty. |
Payment
may be made by credit, debit or
Switch cards with a completed
order form. You may be requested
for some or all of the security
number printed on the signature
strip of your credit card to confirm
that the card is in your possession.

orders are dependent upon our
continued stockholding, especially
for wines of the smaller or most
popular vintages. All wines are
guaranteed to be in the condition
one would reasonably expect for
the age and type. We pay particular
attention to levels and labels. |

Vintages
change regularly and in the event of a vintage not
being available we will notify the buyer prior to
shipment and request approval to ship the new vintage.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete
your order we will inform you by e-mail, and may
suggest an alternative for your consideration. |

you prefer not to order over the
Internet using your credit card
then you may either phone your
order by calling 01842 765646
or send us your personal cheque
(please write your complete address
on the back) with printed order
form. Simply print the order page
in the Checkout and then proceed
no further in the shop. |

Wine
is a perishable item but it leaves
us in the best condition. However
you should have a complaint regarding
our wines or service we will respond
within 3 working days and attempt
to resolve the complaint to our
mutual satisfaction within 10
working days.
Your comments should preferably
be via e-mail or fax. You may
telephone during normal shop opening

normal telephone service provider

Claims
for breakage, short delivery
or loss can only be accepted
if the delivery note is
signed to that effect.
Notification must be made
in writing, by fax or
e-mail within 3 days of
delivery. Claims will
not be accepted unless
this procedure is adhered
to.
